Hello all, we hope you are well! Today we quickly wanted to give you a little update on how the next few weeks and months will look like here at RW Profiles .

Sceneries

We are currently focusing on getting an update ready for NCL which contains bugfixes for the few reports that we got after release, as well as some new additions such as the new Jet2 crew rest, a new custom model for Prestwick Terrace which replaces Photogrammetry, as well as the new apron security entry!

As soon as this update is live on the iniManager, we will start the submission process to get the scenery onto XBOX and the in-game Marketplace. As always, no, I do not have a timeframe. We will let you know that it is out once we have actual confirmation from MS that it is indeed released After that, we are moving on to converting NCL to a 2024 Native package. This will not only include new and native 2024 groundtextures and lighting, but also the addition of collision models so you can walk into and around the terminal in walkaround mode. In addition to that, we also want to make the Jetways walkable. Since Fenix has now implemented the walkaround mode so well into their 32X lineup, it feels like a wasted opportunity if we don't implement it nicely into the scenery too! Once NCL 24 has been released, we are going back to our first release, KSGF Springfield-Branson, and make this 2024 native too. It will contain all the aforementioned 2024 features, as well as some new buildings that have been built since we released this scenery last year. In some areas this will also be a complete re-build in order to bring it up to NCL's standard. And, finally, something I have been waiting for for years, after the release of SGF 24, we will finally start with developing my home Airport: LOWS Salzburg. If you are wondering now why the hell we are doing Salzburg even though there are already two payware options and one freeware available, please refer to one of our blogposts from last year. So much for the scenery side of things, let's move on to profiles!

GSX Profiles

In the last few months we collected a lot of feedback and are now updating all the profiles we got bug reports for in batches. Again, I don't know when these will be done, but rest assured we are already working on them in the background! Should you have noticed something off with one of our profiles, do not hesitate to report it here: , now is the time to do so! Next to all the scenery work and Profile updates I just mentioned, you can, of course, also expect new profiles from time to time from us. Which ones I cannot talk about yet, unfortunately

We Need Your Help

We want to end this little update today with asking you all for a favour. As some of you probably know, getting accepted as a Marketplace partner for the Marketplace on PC and XBOX is extremely tricky.

We are not Marketplace partners yet and have been waiting for over a year now to get accepted.

Luckily, we can still sell on the MP because we sell through iniBuilds and they are actually the ones who put it on the Marketplace for us, but being a partner ourselves has severe benefits for us, and subsequently for you too. That ranges from making it easier and quicker to sell or update something, to getting access to alphas which we didn't when 2024 released. This is why we kindly want to ask you to fill out this form here on the MSFS forums, and let MS know that you would like us to become an MSFS Marketplace partner: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/msfs-marketplace-program-which-of-your-favorite-3rd-party-devs-do-you-want-to-see/639232

Thank you very much in advance!

All the best,

Rev and Michael
